So I came across this workout routine that will be simple to do! All you have to do is follow directions! How simpler can it get? And you can do them all at home within 15 min if you dont stop, but just to be safe I would give myself 30 min since it will be the first time you try it.
Remember, I am not saying that by doing this routine you will loose 20 lbs in a month. All I am doing is showing you guys an idea of a routine and hoping that it will motivate you all to stick to your new years resolutions!!
