15 Min Workout!

Who loves to workout? No one I'm sure! I know I dont enjoy it all the time. Especially when I dont know what to do next. So what I think is best is to have a set routine your entire workout. Whether you have an hour or three, its best to have a routine so you dont end up bored and just give up for the day.

So I came across this workout routine that will be simple to do! All you have to do is follow directions! How simpler can it get? And you can do them all at home within 15 min if you dont stop, but just to be safe I would give myself 30 min since it will be the first time you try it.


Remember, I am not saying that by doing this routine you will loose 20 lbs in a month. All I am doing is showing you guys an idea of a routine and hoping that it will motivate you all to stick to your new years resolutions!!
