A Healthy Crunch!

How many times do we crave that salty and crunchy delicious snack? If you are anything like me, then most of the time! But deep fried, extra salty, processed chips is not the healthiest for us. So I decided to share with you guys some healthy alternatives to potato chips.


Carrot Chips:
1. Peel Carrots into thick slices. 
2. Toss Carrots in Olive Oil and Salt.
3. Bake at 350' for 12 minutes.
4. Cool and enjoy! 



Sweet Potato Fries:
1. Preheat oven to 400' 
2. Cut 3 large sweet potatoes into wedges
3. In a large bowl, toss the wedges in 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of cumin, a dash of cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of salt. 
4. Place coated wedges on a single layer on a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until they are done.
